The staff is amazing. They do what they can to meet your needs and make your stay enjoyable. Dorit, Yona and Danielle at check-in took care of me always with a smile. There were some glitches with the app entering the correct info and they quickly resolved the issues to my satisfaction. Concierge also went out of their way to help me with my numerous taxi needs, especially a young gentleman with long brown hair who said his name was Danielle also? The buffet is really good with a variety of choices. I plan to return and will be booking with them again. I had a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and sea, easy access to the beach as well as easy access to different parts of tel aviv.

Amazing location, great staff and beautiful rooms. Everyone was friendly and made it an easy and great stay. Staff helped quickly to fix and small issues and were very generous. Was given an upgrade on check in for no extra charge that was not required.

We came Oct 06th from Dallas Texas to visit Israel . The morning after we landed , the Hamas terrorists invaded Israel. The hotel handled everything so exceptional and with such great efforts to make us comfortable and safe… we were blown away with every single staff … our hearts are with everyone there . And we saw how quick the hotel was to offer rooms to the refugees , and how the community came together. Just wow

I was lucky enough to be greeted and checked in by Keren from the guest relation team. A super professional appearance and first class care…Thank you Keren ! I booked and received a very nice room with a direct sea view. My room was cleaned by the staff every day and replaced with all the necessary things such as shampoo and towels after consumption. The staff very competent and professional in the implementation. Both the breakfast and the dinner were well organized and equipped with the latest delicacies. Everything is very nice and tidy.
