The staff were incredibly welcoming, with special mentions to Shira, Yulia, and the standout star, Dean, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is lovely, boasting clean, well-appointed rooms that offer both comfort and style. The location is arguably the best you can find in the city, putting you right in the heart of all the action and within easy reach of Tel Aviv's vibrant attractions. As for the breakfast, it was a culinary delight—an extensive buffet with a wide variety of delicious, well-prepared dishes to suit all tastes. We are already looking forward to our return to Herods Tel Aviv. It’s a stellar example of how a hotel should be run, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to experience the best of Tel Aviv in style and comfort.

Shira, the guest relations manager is extraordinarily sensitive, helpful, patient & kind. Her goal is to make the guests happy & comfortable. The breakfasts are wonderful with great variety and very tasty. Custom made hot drinks inc excellent coffee are very welcome. Friday night dinner was also exceptional - with great variety & very delicious. Having stayed at Herods before, I wanted a change & tried some other hotels - none were as helpful, responsive and friendly in their replies to my requests (early check in, room upgrades, extra guests for breakfast, dinner booking...I can simply not imagine staying anywhere else now...Thank you Shira & all@Herods!

There were some glitches with the app entering the correct info and they quickly resolved the issues to my satisfaction. Concierge also went out of their way to help me with my numerous taxi needs, especially a young gentleman with long brown hair who said his name was Danielle also? The buffet is really good with a variety of choices. I plan to return and will be booking with them again. I had a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and sea, easy access to the beach as well as easy access to different parts of tel aviv.
